This may sound silly but...

I am on a DMP with CCCS and have a loan, credit card and overdraft with them. They are being quite difficult over interest, charges etc... and I recently found out that it's not even being dealt with by their collections department so they really are ignoring anything to do with the DMP.
I read a post on hre recently from someone who'd had accounts with Lloyds and were on a DMP and it had taken them 4+ years of fighting to get it sent to debt collectors. Should I bite the bullet and ask them to do that? I know it sounds silly but I really just want to start making some headway now as I've paid over £1000 but made nowehere near that much of a dent in my debt

I have spoken to CCCS about Lloyds not really co operating but they just said I have to keep waiting and eventually they will default it. Though I'm not particularly encouraged that they will from what I've read from some people on here. That and they send me letters each month threatening to default me and never do

Try having a read on the following thread you may be able to ask that it is detrimental to not place a default
