A few q's regarding a DRO?

Morning everyone
I went onto cccs last night and filled out their doodah, they recommend DRO or DMP...looking at a dro now - sounds good but have a few q's if anyone can help with them?
With my expenditure and repaying family/friends/ccj means I have less than 50pm spare - can I include family/friends/ccj in the expenditure or would they have to come under the dro itself thus resulting in having over 600pm spare?
What happens if my hours go up at work or I find a better paying job and have more than 50pm spare, say 70pm or 150pm? Would this be a reason to revoke the dro?
What about if me and my ex get back together thus having 2 incomes and obv more spare income pm? - would his income be part of my income to them?
Is there any grants/help I can get to pay the £90 fee? Or is it a matter of selling everything on feebay (bit of an exaggeration) or saving?

Debts to family, the CCJ etc would have to go into the DRO. You wouldn't be allowed to pay them.CookieCrisp wrote: »What happens if my hours go up at work or I find a better paying job and have more than 50pm spare, say 70pm or 150pm? Would this be a reason to revoke the dro?

It wouldn't be your income per se, but if it means that your outgoings go down then you personally would have more spare each month.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
