hey i was stupid enuff to fall for this scam but fortunately i have not paid the £60 fee yet , however i have agreed to the terms and conditions and have approved them to take the fee this coming wednesday , after looking at all the reviews on this site i am feeling sooo sick and stupid , what options do i have i have contacted my bank and they have told me theres nothing they can do , any suggestions ???? :mad:

If they're not due to take the money until Wednesday, you could try contacting them and instructing them you have changed your mind under the 14 day distance selling regulations and they are NOT to take the money from your account. If that fails, either follow the advice of Emmzi above, or close your bank account BEFORE Wednesday. Alternatively, empty your current account if you don't have an overdraft agreement so they can't take their blood money, whilst still telling them you have changed your mind and you have made sure their payment won't go through.
As an afterthought, I would empty my current account BEFORE contacting them as they make take your phone call as their only chance to extract money from you."There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe a 'Princess Coronation' locomotive in full cry.
