Not heard from the OR - is this normal??

Hi, I went to court on 3rd September 2011, heard from the OR a few days later and went through the interview with them. Just after the interview I received a letter asking me to send my bank statements showing details of my redundancy which i did straight away. they also contacted me regarding my life insurance saying that i would need to either cancel my existing policy or pay them £50 to get back my policy. Since then I've heard nothing at all. Is this normal?
