Divided Money Tin?

When I was little my mum had a rectangular box with slots in that she put the money in on payday to cover household expenses. Does anyone know where I could get one?
Grocery budget for January - £300 spent £217!
Grocery budget for February - £300 spent £265
Grocery budget for March - £300 (5 week month!)

    i got mine from the studio catalogue, it's lockable and divided into 5 sections each with their own coin slot. It had stickers for each section too, i.e xmas, holidays, bills etc HTH
  • It's more along the lines of Ruis's one than the cash tin type from Argos. Can't find it on studio website though :o(

    That takes me back :D my Mum never had one, although I always wished she did :D Other Mums did.

    Its the same system as the envelope system now, or various money boxes dotted around the house as OH's Mother uses.
