SelectSpecs.com - poor customer service

Has anyone else had big trouble getting through to SelectSpecs customer services (UK) ? I can tell they obviously don't encourage enquiries as you'll never find a phone number for them.
I goofed with my order and need to contact them urgently to change the prescription before they put my specs together (according to the website the stuff is still on order so I want to get in there quick !) . I'v...e emailed them twice over the last 2 days and nothing yet.
Any suggestions short of cancelling the order with my credit card company (which I don't really want to do, but the the order isn't going to arrive in the 7-10 day frame as advertised anyway) ??????
