The property details for the house you have agreed to buy?

    Full postal address
    Type - house/flat Semi/Detached etc
    Year of construction
    Number of bedrooms
    Tenure - freehold/leasehold
If leasehold number of years remaining on lease and ground rent/service charge
Type of construction - standard = brick walls & slate/tiled roof
Access details for surveyor - normally estate agent
    Vendor's details
    Solicitor's details

Should be about it. Thanks to Nationwide application form for info. :D
