UPDATE:
Had my crown trial, sentancing is now due end of the month, but it seems it will be a suspended sentance (heres hoping)
Financially, ive opened up a new bank account, my wages will now be put into that account, & ive also put the 2 direct debits i pay for (credit card & mobile phone contract) to come out of this account.
Havent taken out anymore pay day loans, i feel proud of myself a little bit.
Ive also now sorted out money owed to Littlewoods, paying them £55.48 pm for the next 9 months to clear that off.
The rest of the money i owe out, i have spoken to them, & will be able to sort out whats going to happen ASAP0
