Rice crispie cakes are a toddler friendly recipe (and really yummy!) - melt 200g each of toffee (I use SB basics dairy toffee), butter and marshmallows in a saucepan then pour over 200g rice crispies, give it a good stir and then put into a tray/cake cases to cool. Very simple but effective!
