Free Windows PC Cleaning Tool

Hi Everyone.

Money Saving Expert is a fantastic website and although I am new to it I am really enjoying all the great information on it.
For many years now I have been testing and using what is known as Freeware. These are free down loadable computer programmes created by techies who didn't want to go to there local computer store and pay for expensive off the shelf equivalents - and then best of all they put them out there for all to download and enjoy for free.
As I said I have tested them all and any I post on here will all be virus and malware free.

With the site and your permission I would like to share some of the very best that I have found with you.

I have no connection with any of the writers of these programmes and any posted will cost nothing, they have all been found through research and I have been sharing Freeware on a weekly basis through a radio programme for about 3 years

Install is easy and there are regular updates, it may take a while the first time you use it, if you don’t clean out your PC regularly but afterwards you should find your computer runs a lot faster.
This programme will not delete anything vital to running your PC.

Try it again after you have been surfing comps for a while and then see how much rubbish your machine collects.

You're right that PCs can pick up things that need to be cleaned up. However, you should only download and install trusted software on your PC otherwise you'll have even worse problems.

Note that the endorsements given on the website on the link given relate to the software being suitable to run on Microsoft Windows and doesn't mean it's recommended by Microsoft.

I use the CCleaner as well and also introduced it to the rest of my family. We all use it now and it's brilliant ... and free

CCleaner is an excellent program and recommended by every PC magazine and websitre I have ever read, its pretty idiot-proof for those with little computer knowledge and is a SAFE registry cleaner (unlike most of them). Highly recommended, this software has been around for quite a few years and has many devoted fans.
