Salary changing

Hi guys,
the company my hubby works for has been taken over in the last week and they are changing the pay structure.
Basically our IPA is claimed on the basis of him bringing home £1950 a month this is made up of commission and his salary.
However it is now changing, he will no longer recieve any commission, just a bonus IF the whole company reaches target, which at the moment looks set to be impossible, as the whole company is quiet, hence why the company was bought out....but we have been told that if he does revieve a bonus it could be anywhere between £500 and £1000 we will find out more on monday.
His basic wage is now going to be approx £1800 so what should i tell the OR, or should i tell the RTLU as they have taken over?

I would write to the OR and send a copy to RTLU informing them of the change in salary. Have you been told when the bonus would be paid if the company reaches target and also how often this could be received? Since it's not part of your husband's salary I would tell them there is a possibility of a bonus (whether it's monthly / annually etc) and let them decide what will happen.
I would also send a new I & E to the OR showing the reduced income.Feb 2024:

CC3 4221.17
CC4 2053.68
CC5 989.30

Loan 2 5275.22
Total £30,567.920
