London Scottish Bank rolling credit?
                    Hi
A long time back I had what was called a rolling credit account with London Scottish(call4cash) it is long paid off but I checked my credit file and the account is still open. I want this closed from my file in case it is affecting my credit score but I cannot find an email address or telephone number to contact them as they are in administration. I have an address in Manchester for them but if I write there might not even be anyone there to receive the letter!
Can anyone help with the info or advise me on how to get the 'account' closed?
I was also wondering about PPI and whether that would have been included in the 'loan'
I would be grateful of any replies and advice
many thanks
Mark

            Mark,
You are right that London Scottish is in administration and the accountants involved in winding it up are unlikely to see your request as a priority.
I suggest you write directly to the credit reference agency and ask them to remove the account. However, if it showing a nil balance and no credit available then it is very unlikely that it will impact your credit score. Indeed it might be helping your score as it shows you have managed credit effectively in the past.
Not sure anyone can answer your PPI point without looking at your original credit agreement.
 Good luck
