Young Poll

Am hoping this is the right thread. Does anyone else's child do surveys on http://www.youngpoll.com/?

Have not had any surveys for months, I did email to ask why and suddenly 3 surveys arrived on her page and now nothing again for the last month. Dd only has another 75p to go before she can redeem, is anyone else having the same trouble?

I posted a few weeks ago about youngpoll. My daughter has reached her £20 target but it is not possible to withdraw it due to an error on the site. I have contacted them every way I know how including finally calling 72point who own them. The first contact I made promised me a call back the next day but none came. I called again yesterday and was asked to email my complaint. They did reply to tell me they would look into it and get back to me. No more contact since......will let you know any updates but my advice to anyone else thinking of joining Youngpoll is DON'T. Even before reaching the withdraw limit there were hardly any surveys and they are impossible to contact!

Oh blimey, hope you get yours sorted, it wouldn't be so bad if it was me, but my little girl was looking forward to cashing it in :(

Just wanted to update this to say that I have posted in my other youngpoll thread 'furious with youngpoll' to explain how I FINALLY got my money in case anyone else is struggling!

Possibly posting on OnePoll Facebook page might draw their attention to the problem.

    Good luck!

Fogster, this is the link to my other post https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/3649817

Afraid I won't be posting anything else though as I got slated for it! Ho hum. Reminds me of why I avoid forums these days.
