Mine took about a week to arrive. I received a note with mine saying that the pens would arrive separately and that "due to high demand for materials you may not have received as many packs as you requested". I received everything in a large tube.

I got mine yesterday and it contained a mug, bookmarks and flyers. I was hoping for some pens & pencils but no sign of them yet!

i had the same, never received the pens even though the note said up to 28 days cant see them sending them out after the quick reads day...but the rest was good though...

I oredered for my special needs class at the beginning of February but have not received anything yet. Fingers crossed still hoping.
