Hi,
Using the online self assessment, can anyone tell me what i should select on the first "tailor your return" for the following circumstance ?.
I am in full time PAYE employment but received £57.68 for some private work.
Please let me know if you require any further information.
Many thanks in advance.

Unless the earnings are intended to increase in future years then using SA is a bit OTT. HMRC would have coded those earnings out of your PAYE.
But if you've now had a 'notice to file' it's too late to opt out. You have to select the employed and the self employed pages. If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0
