I don't know if this is the right place to post this so please move if you need to
I've just received my copy of Mika's Life in Cartoon Motion only to find it won't play on computer cd drives. When you load it up you get a pretty picture and a choice of going to a 'secret' website area or exiting. I can't work out how to just get it to play.
I'm so cross about this as it means I can't listen while im on the puter or on my mp3 player. Surely there should be some warning when buying the cd that this is the case?

Hold down shift when you insert the CD, this temporarily disables Autoplay on the CD drive. Hopefully you will then be able to play it on your PC. This works with any copy protection on CDs (if you want to convert it to mp3 for your mp3 player, I wouldn't condone copying CDs) so it should work in your case.Best Freebies:

Holding down shift will stop the CD from autoplaying, or if you miss out on that, just exit the screen that pops up. Then you should be able to use Windows Media Player or just the standard CD Player with Windows to play the CD normally.0
