"Call Credit"

Hi. I'd really appreciate any advice or input anyone might have on this please. I have a repayment agreement with a creditor which was being managed correctly and has been for well over 1 year.
However, the creditor has now sent me a letter saying that they have been advised by a company called "Call Credit" that there has been an improvement in my financial circumstances. I am certainly unaware of any such improvement and am at a loss as to how Call Credit (or anyone else for that matter) could think there has been any improvement. If anything, my financial circumstances are a bit worse than when the repayment agreement started.
I've checked Call Credit on the net and they seem to be involved in data management of one kind and another.
Does anyone have knowledge of Call Credit please? Or is it possible the creditor is just trying it on to secure a higher repayment?
Thanks

call credit are one of the 3 credit reference agencies in the Uk (the others being experian and equifax). Something on your call credit file may have improved (eg maybe you've had an old default drop off your file, maybe you've paid a large amount off a creditor balance or maybe you've paid off several debts, maybe you've managed to take out a new credit agreement etc etc) - all these would be visible to your existing creditor if they report to callcredit. Most creditors only use 1 or 2 of the 3 credit reference agencies so your files with each will vary.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
