    Evening all :hello:

I was hoping for a NSD today but DD noticed a HUGE hole in the bottom of my boots last night, so I had to buy a new pair (especially with this weather!!). I got a pair from M&S, used staff discount and £20 gift vouchers (birthday pressie) so I only had to pay £8.

  • Hi everyone

Hi Moozie, it's so good to see you back again, have missed you so much. Know I only joined recently but have been lurking for quite some time, am even missing your xmas hat you had before. It keeps me motivated reading all the posts and trying very hard to be good so I won't have to go to that naughty chair, that really frightens me.

Anyway NSD for me today! :T

    thanx

    Hi all

Spent £3.48 in Asda and OH spent just under £10 in Tesco so £13.48 in total. We are getting close to budget for the week but hopefully we'll make it. What I'm starting to realise by keeping a diary is the amount of money we spend in Tesco and Asda - around £120 since Monday, £85 on weekly shop. Think this is where my attention needs to go.

Anyway, well done all who had a NSD today and keep up the good work.

    Thanks
    Chase
  • Evening all

Managed to get thru the day without spending any money... until I got on-line and did my Tesco shop. Approx £55 - amount to be confirmed but should be around that figure.

Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.
  • Had a NSD yesterday, but it was a near thing. My girlfriend had a major interview yesterday and wanted to get a chinese takeaway to celebrate, but I had to say I couldn't afford it (normally I would have said hang it, got a takeaway and used money I didn't have!) She wasn't too pleased but then she was in a bad mood anyway - I have said when she gets the job we will go out and celebrate properly!
