Well mine has been cancelled and I placed before 2.30pm as you can see from the previous page, I would be interested to know if anyone does actually receive their order. This isn't the first time they have cancelled an order of mine, they are useless. They offered me a different colour for........................... £70, you can guess what I said to them!

Didn't dispute my suggestion that they had obviously put the wrong price up for it.
Bet the company rep won't be back to explain this away.

I've had an 0800 number calling me for last two days (I don't answer), so I'm guessing it's probably Very ringing to cancel my order too. I'm not concerned because I think it was pretty obvious it was a pricing error as none of the other Superdry items were so heavily discounted and as in all these cases....you win some, you lose some..... Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass

Oh pants, just looked at my VERY order placed on Jan 5th and it says "Sorry, no longer available" for the Superdry jacket. Guess we won't be getting that then, DS will be gutted. Thought it was too good to be true at the time but worth a shot. Wish I hadn't mentioned it to him now...

I too have had my order cancelled due to the item no longer being available even tho they are still available full price on the site!? Does anyone know where we stand as far as consumer rights go? I thought the retailer legally had to sell the item at the advertised price?0
