Ive been waiting for a refund from yogoego for over 4 weeks now. I have sent them emails, for them to be returned and i have telephoned them only to get through to a answerphone. After leaving messages, they have still not got in touch with me and now i see that their website is under going maintenance!!!!:(

Their website has been down for almost a week now I think and I was beginning to wonder the same thing.

I received my Ugg boots and scarf OK. I ordered 24 Dec and got them 3rd Jan.

I placed an order on Jan 5 and it said it would take between 3 and 5 days to be delivered.
I became concerned after the money was taken straight away, but nothing has yet arrived.
I tried to find a phone number for the company, but nothing on site, just said to send an e-mail, which I did, but no response.
I finally found a phone number through google, but no reply, just an answer message.
Have now reported to my credit card company. Hope they can get my money back.
