Tipton and Coseley Lifestyle Mortgage conditions

Long shot but has anyone got a copy of tipton and coseley Lifestyle 75 mortgage conditions (circa 1998 but any would be ok) so I can check on the charges for various activities? Specifically mortgage redemption, sealing fees etc. I vagely remember that most of this should be 'free' but Tipton seem to be indicating otherwise. I think they are just a bit confused but want to be sure before arguing with them too much.
