Working from home-What to claim

I have been working from home in a spare room with my multimedia business. Another income is going out and contracting horticultural work over the summer and autumn for a few weeks. Its hard to calculate tax relief on home expenses but so far I have claimed for:

Heating and electric

Internet broadband

Other materiel's and expenses work related.

My income isn't huge, quite low in fact so I don't want to go mad claiming.

I am filling in my tax return online but need to know can I claim a portion of:

Council tax

Home Insurance

Line rental (I don't make phone calls for business)

If so, how can I work this out ?
