Although I have won a few times on this free lottery site, getting them to actually send the winnings is always a nightmare! Also when playing the ten grids every day, I want to warn anyone to always check that you have actually completed ten grids and not just nine, as more often than not, the little message will come up on the ninth grid saying you've completed all the grids! they are not a nice company to deal with, as they never answer the emails you send, and fob you off with excuses! I have had a hard time with them recently trying to get them to honour me redeeming points for a paypal voucher, and I had to keep on at them, I even wrote to them twice (I never got a reply to those letters) I did eventually receive my voucher three months later! So please beware!
