indoor car boots notts/derby

hi,
i want to set up a cup cake stall selling homemade cakes in notts/derby - does anyone know of any car boots which are good for this in the next few months? probably indoor due to weather?

    The ones local to me are at Sandiacre Town Cricket Club, West Park Long Eaton, Awsworth near Ilkeston, and Treetops Hospice Risley. Sorry don't have any 2012 dates, and they are all outdoor. Have you considered a market stall?
