We moved house on 27th February and still have lots to sort out (gas, electric, council tax, water...)
But thought I'd share some positives (because sometimes the only thing positive is our outlook)!
February and March are payment holidays for water and council tax saving me £300. I paid off the Imac in January (saving £142 per month). Barclaycard (0% until October) is now below £2000
Tesco card is below £6500 (at one point the credit card debt was £15K so I'm celebrating that it is now less than £8500 and by the end of the year will be less than £5k. Every penny I pay is reducing the capital and not servicing interest.
Obviously whilst I have two houses to run, our outgoings will increase but... I'm sure I can see light at the end of the tunnel.
