reclaim from a building socity

hi can you reclaim charges from a building socity for charges the way you can from a bank. it was the alliance and leicester it was after me and the x wife split i was on the verge of going bankrupt times were hard she lived in the house the kids and i didnt i sold the house in jan 07 (while she was on holiday ) all the letters and charegs cost a lot of cash thank for any help

    Seeing as you cant reclaim charges from a bank, then the answer would be yes.
