Santander Credit Agreement Incorrectly set up
I signed an interest free credit agreement with Santander Cards (through Ernest Jones) last month, however the agreement has been set-up incorrectly over a 3 year term. This is not in-line with the agreement that I signed that stated the payments would be collected over a 4 year term.
Does this make the agreement un-enforceable or is there any action I can take against Santander?

Most banks will record conversations, however these are not kept forever. Call them up and inform them...see what they say!0

Yes the whole thing will be written off, plus they will wash your car for a month.
C'mon 'action against them' for what? How exactly have you been hard done by?
Grow up, this is absolutely pathetic (and sadly in keeping with most thread on this forum)0 -

Are you sure your agreement was 'Interest Free' over 48 months (4 years)?
You better check your paperwork before you throw around words like "unenforcible" and "action-taking".0 -

Yes the agreement and agreed payments were over 48 months. The 4 year term was a special offer before Christmas. They have taken the payment today however this was for an incorrect amount than what was on the credit agreement. (Obviously an increased amount of over 30%, that was completely unexpected)
Others, thanks for the sarcastic responses however when I agree to a written contract I would expect the terms to be adhered to by both parties. If I paid them an incorrect amount I'm sure they would be quick to harrass me.0 -

I have been negatively affected by as they have taken an increased amount as payment, that is more than 30% of what was stated on my contract.0 -

Give the guy some slack, someone here has seriously screwed up. I believe it is the store that has keyed it wrongly through the till.
The agreement is not un-enforceable, you have agreed to what it says on the signed paperwork. Was that paperwork signed by the shop staff on behalf of Santander ? Whatever happens you still owe EJ the money.
You can recall the payment under the DD guarantee as it was not what you agreed to but not a recommended first step, phone Santander first and explain what has happened. You could go back to the store and get them to contact Santander and sort it between them.0
