Two of my transaction are saying the following Cancelled, Issue refund yet showing as complete and when I click on it this says ebay are holding the funds so has the payment been made or cancelled a little confused

Check on your ebay account - it sounds as though someone has logged a dispute against the item sold - so ebay hold the funds incase the dispute doesnt get resolved.0

I can't understand why though as the bidding only ended on the 4th then this appear on the fourth on two sales.
