How do I ask or go about asking for a Cca ? I'm being chased for payment to one certain catalogue company who had passed it on to ndr collections,I have offered a payment but they said no, only full amounts.

How old is the account?
NDR are shop directs internal collections department.
If they don't have a CCA, they tend to listen to offer of payments better, but check your credit file to see what they have done and before you pay anything, check what they will do to it. Get this in writing for obvious reasons...:beer:0
