Hi guys, have a question, I have some eggs after their best before date, but have done the egg floaty test and all seem fine....If I make a yorkshire pudding batter can I then freeze it? I think I can but want to check with you first

Yes, you can.
You can also cook the yorkshires and freeze them that way too
PS: If you are freezing the batter, freeze it in yorkshire pudding tins lined with clingfilm. When set, lift out the clingfilmed batter shapes and put into a freezer bag. This way, you can peel off the cling film and put them back into the yorkshire pudding tins to defrost before baking.0 -
Yup, I find they don't rise as much so I add another egg when I defrost them they come up really nice then, another way of using up the batter is make pancakes, they freeze well too but they don't last that long around here.0
