Definitely a change to the cluttered and rushed appearance.

I particularly liked the sliding feature. Better than having to scroll. However I liked the old widgets/fun stuff and the site

    and the poll

I'm still puzzled why half the page is wasted on poll. Is that a popular feature? That area could've used to highlight the most popular articles/handguides/downloads/best money saving tips, in a format that doesn't clutter. May be a small survey could be done to see what people actually wander into the main board for. I would say that some of us look up for beginners guide to mortgage and to understand tax saving investments. That's simply an example.

The whole page is generally kind and pleasing to the eyes but it does still look a little random, with no flow or strucure to it or probably a case that I would categorise and prioritise it differently.

PS: I'm glad the clever amazon disount tool that is exclusive to mse is finally highlighted. If I'm honest, until today I've struggled to get to that page. Is there a way you could add some kind of a link to save in favorites or recommend to others? I am not on fb and other networking, am busy acting precious :D to friends and relatives. So I don't belong to tweet, tickle, fb, buzz, fete kind of social networks and use the good old email instead. Links or a littel button like it? share it with an automatic link to little picures of yahoo and google, as you'd do with fb and tweeting, would be useful and chic.

Thankfully the outlines are straight and traditional, the curve was nice but it's becoming increasingly common. May be a colored ouline could boost and give mse an image, like a logo would. for instance, when I see pistachio green, I know it is marks and spencer, true blue reminds me of your companion site moneysavingsupermarket, John lews is grey and white and all greenbee partner sites with titles in phtalo green etc . So may be a bold outline could also make a site distinctive.

s' shows OWNERSHIP to PLURAL NOUNS ENDING IN "S" ONLY. NEVER to names ending in "s", as names are NOT plural.

    So is is LEWIS'S

Just like the department store of the same name.

It would only be Lewis' if (Martin) Lewi was a noun and moneysavingexpert.com was owned by more than one Martin Lewi.

  • Cleaner but still has too much info IMO - as another person said the Poll should be shrunk - perhaps the poll title can be clicked on and then the full poll 'expands'

Agree about the poll but otherwise a great improvement. :D
