    hi i used these before you need to contact cs or raise a ticket to get it and its only in one room that you can use it

    Anyone got the winning funds in their bank accounts yet?

    I deposited my £5 on Saturday and withdrew my £31 winnings with it (total £36) but so far nothing, I have emailed their customer support twice, heard absolutely nothing back, very poor, starting to think they are scammers.

    I finally have a reply from their customer support, they say that it takes 5-14 working days for the funds to arrive in your account, 14 working days is 3 weeks, seems excessive.
