  • See that latest thing that London councils are getting ready to move many families out of London when the £480 cap comes in.

Get ready for lower demand and more supply in London, which means lower rents and house prices.

London has been defying gravity for too long, let prices fall, and let the foreigners pull their money out be good for every one.

A far better debate would be, should people that emigrate here and then can not find work be sent home ? Like they do in the rest of the world.

This is one of the things propping up high rents and house prices.

The powers that be will do anything to keep them up where they are.

Not before time, I have always found it perculiar that working people need to live to their means and find accomodation priced accordingly yet non working people can live in accomodation that they couldn't afford even if they were working

Just watch though someone will get legal aid to challenge this claiming its against their human rights
