You will have a job to seek unenforceability as the loan is £35,000 and will therefore be unregulatedI am a former Broker, former IFA and former compliance officer, for my sins.
However, I have since seen the light.0 -
hi, I have never had a missed payment with them up to now! I took the loan over 10 years and still have 6 left to pay of approx 10,000 including the interest, not far short of what I borrowed in the first place, but I was going to offer a settlement of 6000? as I dont want to be left in a position where I pay this lump sum off and then find I cannot keep up with the repayments anyway.0

oh! the loan is with GE MOney0
