How should I tackle the mortgage?

I would also look at the offset option but get a long term one for maximum flexability
lifetime tracker, so no remortgaging again nce 100% offset it cost nothing to run and easy access to funds.
If you plan to move that needs a slightly different plan but can still be done with a portable offset.0 -
Thanks - seems the Offset over a long period is the way to go. Thank god I posted this as this was something neither I have thought of nor was I recommended by the mortgage advisor, looking at this now it seems brilliant. Especially with the rate situation and I will be hoping to move at some point.0
