I love the look of the sassaris, but don't want to risk ordering them without trying them on. Does anyone know any shops that are selling them yet?0

Hi Chibs, Dont think you can get them in this country, Taylors have only just got regular stock in there, I am a size 5 and half to 6 in english size and bought a Crocs 8 and they are fine0

I wonder... did the original poster FlutterbyButterfly ever get her Crocs? :rotfl:
I'm soooo looking forward to my Sassaris as my black mules have just about given out!

Please order them from taylorshoes for delivery to your resort/villa/hotel as I did as you'll be hard pushed to find any Crocs in the shops unless you are looking for Disney and they are in every Disney park. Free delivery in the US for orders over $75 and its all too easy to get your order over that amount.
I had an order waiting for me but also ordered Frizz's Sassari while I was there as they just came in stock, ordered on the Friday and they were with me by 11.00 am on the Monday :j
ps and the Disney Jibbits are only $3 including tax at Taylors but $3.99 in the Disney parks plus tax.0 -
Thanks Skint_Catt (thread #978) - I did get some crocs but it is a long story.
I did not expect this sort of response when I started the thread.

It has been great reading and a suprise to find out how much of an addiction crocs can be! It is also secretly rewarding to have created such a long thread - very sad I know!
I have just returned from Florida where I expected to be able to buy many pairs for myself, boys and friends.
But what a shock when I got there!!!!
Despite being American and despite virtually every other person in Disney/Seaworld/Universal... wearing them, they are very HARD to find. Great tip if you are stuck in a queue and want to while away some time - Croc spot. Whoever spots the most wins!
The ONLY places I have found or heard of ORIGINAL Crocs in Orlando are:-
Universal CitiWalk
The Billabong Surf shop (is not actually Billabong but stocks it amongst other brands, big Billabong sign outside). When you go from the carpark over the moving walkways towards Univeral and Islands of Adventure, you then walk through an area called CitiWalk - full of restaurants, shops, stalls and cinemas etc... The Billabong shop is on your right hand side just after the cinema. Large range of Jibbitz at about half our prices, and small range of Crocs (check both ends of store) only regular style and limited colours. Kids Caymans in a few colours and lots of sizes. I got a pair of toddlers caymans with 4 jibbitz, Caymans were £13 and Jibbitz were £5
Malls
Journeys
Near food court - can't miss it. Small range of regular Crocs in limited colours plus a few Athens. Had American Collegiate versions (with printied ensignias of colleges). Journeys also on International Drive
Bealls department store - was told Bealls at the Florida Mall had them but when I couldn't find them and asked an assistant I was told they had them at the Millenia Mall. Did not have chance to go to check.
Disney Theme Parks
Lots of Disney Crocs all around in stores and stalls. Plenty of choice - fine if you want big ears on them!
Orlando Airport - on way home!! BOOO HOOO
:jA Crocs Store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:j
All sorts of styles and colours but not every colour/style combination. In other words each style had a selection of colours. I could not get what I wanted despite being in a Croc lovers paradise. Sassari's were out of stock! I got Ithaca flip flops for in the garden and my SIL got primas in baby pink.
Large selection of Jibbitz and also toddlers rainmacs and bags for sale.
Prices are all half what we pay here!
Could not find any adult Caymans - they only seem to have Beach which is wider fitting.
Hope this is of some help to anyone going to Florida soon.

Just checked and http://www.shoebuy.com/ will now ship to the UK. They often seem to have offers via msn.com and I have found one which is 10% off your order, although I have read that they give $10 off a $30 spend on occasion.
It seems that they calculate your shipping on your order so you need to put in all the details then they let you know the cost before you actually place the order. I haven't gone right through to check out to see how this works.0 -
I wore my Sassari's last night with several people commenting on them. I love it. I was kinda hoping that wandering in them might help baby come out as I haven't been wearing heels this pregnancy, no such luck yet though!WW Gold Member, trying to maintain !!!Hayden born July 07Tabitha born April 05Poppy born July 030

I hardly found any in Orlando either but I was only there 2 days. When I went over to the Gulf Coast there were loads. Lots of shops selling all the styles in all different colours. Got exactly what I wanted. Can't remember exactly where all the shops were but theres plenty of choice in St Johns Pass (near St Petes Beach) and St Armands Circle at Sarasota. Hope that helps someone.0
