Crocs are great for the beach but I wouldn't wear them all day whilst walking round the Disney parks. Nice comfortable, well supporting trainers are the order of the day during marathon walks at Disney.
    !

I thought the same as you , until we tried them in Paris. Three of us wore them all the time, walked miles, and not a blister between us. They were much more comfortable and cooler than trainers.

"Ravel" shoppers. I paid extra for 2 day delivery.................still waiting 4 days so far! "I want my Crocs"

I have just had an email to let me know that my order from Ravel has been dispatched. I paid for standard delivery and ordered last tuesday evening. I am a bit dissapointed however that the olive ones ordered for my dp have now been cancelled due to no stock, where as the screen visably stated they were in stock at time of ordering. I also checked my bank account last thursday where it showed online that the money for all 4 pairs had been taken out of my account. However today there is nothing showing up at all so I assume that they didnt process it any further with my bank so in affect I still have to pay for them, again another greivance as I have now overspent from my account as I assumed I had already paid for them lol oh well we live and learn. Just hope now that the 3 pairs on there way to me right now, all fit. My poor dp is going to be so unhappy, I had to cancel an order from fatshoeday for his professional crocs because of waiting over 14 days for them to arrive, now the caymans have been cancelled he is destined never to feel the comfort of crocs.

Crocs are probably the ugliest shoes I have ever bought but the most comfortable. that is until last week. We were abroad, the sun was shining, my crocs were happily on my feet but then...........................my feet started to hurt. A Blister appeared on both feet - just where the top of the Caymans were. Haven't been able to wear them since :(:( and I loved my crocs!

    Nope:rotfl:

Tis worth paying for the real things if you intend to pound the streets in them. I walked New York for 4 days last week without a problem. OK got black feet but theywashed, and I popped the crocs in the bath after me too:rotfl: Too my birkenstocks, didn't wear them!

If anyone is heading for the Gulf Coast in Florida, there are loads of shops selling lots of models in many different colours. I was there last week, bought 4 pairs of Mary Janes and hardly any were to be had in Orlando. Or not where I looked anyway.
  • Sorry haven't read thru' all the replies, but have noticed this continuing thread for some time. Been at Costco today and they were selling Crocs for kids and adults. Can't recall the exact price but I think they were cheaper than OP said. HTH

My order from Taylors... the Celery Crocs are the same colour as a pale green t-shirt I bought from Marks in their £5 range.
