I first tried the Beach style and found on one foot it was slightly high up the foot and rubbed. Recently bought the Cayman and I think they must be slightly lower and they don't rub at all. I looked at the sale on that website but its this thought that puts me off buying a pair.

Re the person putting them through the dishwasher, I read an article in a magazine about a top chef who has loads of pairs and after each shift puts them in the dishwasher :)

edited to add, as I only ever wear them with the strap to the front I did think about cutting a little bit off where it was rubbing as the strap would cover it but they fitted a friend better.

Thanks EdinburgLass. I did end up buying a pair of the beach ones last night to cheer myself up (oven exploded yesterday and my central heating is leaking buckets and is about to be turned off until it can be fixed). I thought that at £22 I could wear them just in the house if they weren't as nice as the Cayman ones, then I can possibly keep an eye out for a pair of bargain Caymans later. I was really boring though, went for the ones in butter.

  • Love my crocs, like walking on fluffy white clouds when you are on your feet all day!
Got mine from Office. There was a 30% off office code around somewhere recently.
You can if you think you can!

I quite fancied the butter colour :j

I'll be interested to see if find much difference in the Cayman and Beach, I didn't realise it was the width until I read this thread.

The Cayman I bought when reduced are these ones.....

Saw some in Office today, I think they were £30. They also sell them in Raw.

I still have resisted buying some, but they would be great for camping and walking the dog.

My 2 year old loved mine so much, she now has a shocking pink pair...they are really diddy and she just loves them. I got hers with 20% off from a garden centre near Chester!

Its interesting how many shops are now stocking them compared to when I was looking at that site last year, must have doubled at least. Loads of Garden Centres too.
  • Sorry Soolin, just found you some butter cayman's at £20 ...

  • Bought my crocs in Florida last year, and love them - I bought the bright pink ones, well if you're going to wear them you might as well go the whole hog :D

When we've been to Florida in the past, I have suffered with really bad prickly heat, but this time - nothing and I'm sure it was thanks to my lovely crocs.

My crocs have arrived and I LOVE Them.

It is belting down with rain here and my feet were cold and wet when I got home, but I popped my crocs on and I am as warm as toast now. In fact I am a bit too warm, I am used to going barefoot in the house even with my stone kitchen floor (I have a loss of sensation in my extremities which mean I don't always feel things). They are so comfortable, I can't believe I waited over a year before I finally took the plunge and bought a pair. I'm definitely buying more!
