HMRC with mystery shopping and ebay business

Quick thing that has been confusing me.

When I started mystery shopping (and work as a self-employed lifeguard) I registered as self employed with HMRC and now have to do a self assessment every year.

I also have a part time job in a shop which means I'm both employed and self employed. HMRC know this as I have just received tax code for my job and a self assessment reminder.

Now I want to start a part time ebay business just to help 'up my income'. Do I have to take any more steps with HMRC or do I just log profit and expenses with all of my other self employed work?

I have self employed income from more than one source and when you do an online assessment it allows you to have as many headings as you want. So I split the income into sources that are the same- so all my selling is in one heading, all my consultancy is another.
