EXPIRED Boots Vitamins Discount Error

About 15 shots when I just went now but no cheap vits or ricolas!
Someone had very kindly left 3 shots next to the vit c as well! so left them all as couldn't find a cheap vit that would still give me money off sale shopping!:p

Didn't get much in the sale either! Wish I'd gone late to work and gone to Boots instead!;)

Popped into my local today, only one tub of the cheap multi-vits left (would have preferred more) but vit c available so

6 x vits
6 x shots
3 x deoderant
1 x shave gel
1 x shower gel
1 x nivea moisturisers

Total £2.81

Had a £1 off healthcare coupon and a £2 off Nivea one which I used. Did ask if they had any more stock of multivits but apparently they hadn't had a delivery yet.

Are the rocola working out like the vitamins. So if i buy 6 ricola and 6 shots, does that mean its the same as 6 vitamins and 6 shots?

There are loads of rocala and shots the one i just visited? Im so confused now

my poor son got trouted on his first boots experience on his own

he came home for the weekend and was taught the ways of the boots glitch (several times !!!) sent back to london with clear instructions

tried it in his lunch hour 6 shots 6 cheap vits and a meal deal total was £2 something so SA said she hadnt put the meal deal thought and prompty scanned it again

new total £5

son said you have charged me twice for my meal , she said no i havent, son asked her to check and she wouldnt so he asked to se a supervison who came and said to sa you have charged him twice

she voided the whole lot and started again and total £2 something again, said thats 2 cheap you cant have them

son left with no dinner and no time to go anywhere else before he had to go back to work

do you think he will be scarred for life lol

Ricola are priced at £1.45 but on offer at £1 (though not every store stocks them, nor do all the stores that do have them, have any mention of them being £1). - sorry forgot to say that yes, the Ricolas are on offer at 3 for 2 as well but the Boots till do a funky number on their discounts so you get an extra 45p off per 3 packs.

Long story short, if bought in 3s, Ricolas will save you the grand sum of 1p per pack compared to the 79p vitamins so it's hardly worth emphasising that bit. If they have them then great. If they don't have them don't lose any sleep over it as they're an acquired taste and you're more likely to use the vitamins. It depends what you want the glitch for. If you are likely to use Vitamin C or Multivitamins then they would be my preference. After all, there's no point in just glitching for the sake of it if you can make use of some of the products.

I managed to get the Ricolas but I find them quite nice. Got 18 shots, 12 Ricola, 6 Vitamin C, Gillette Fusion shaving gel (half price), some 75% off stuff that should have retailed at almost £50 plus some other wee bits and pieces totalling around £5. Final cost was a shade over £11 and savings of over £100.

thanks so much to OP for this - finally got into it yesterday - why did I wait so long? (Oh yes, its becuase none of my stores have SS tills!). CAn anyone confirm the £1 off healthcare works on the vitamins? Thanks

Yes it does, ive used it 3 times on this offer!
