I didn't know PDL companies had standards. OP, you have probably set a new low. You will not get a loan and have serious financial difficulties.
You need to trim you outgoings and boost your incomings - it's a simple equation. Head over to the DFW board and start posting there for some ideas on how to do this quickly. The car and anything else you can sell is an obvious starting point. Phone / Laptop / anything that isn't nailed down and essential. Any uni books you own etc.

It's staring you right in the face. Defer for a year, get a job, or two jobs, earn as much as you can. Pay off debts first, then save the rest for studying the following year.
At least this way you will be able to concentrate on your studies and have a chance of good grades.
If you're being turned down for PDLs, take that as a sign. You must be in the bottom 0.1% in terms of creditworthiness, no disrespect to you personally.0
