I am with WF now and have 4 payments left..How do you cuculate PPI,Intrest and healthcare to claim back as a misi-sold?
Thank you
Not sure about claiming back but the cost of your PPI will be shown on your agreement contract under the insurance section.
When I recently asked them about cancelling the healthcare they told me it could not be cancelled! Has anyone had any joy in this area?0 -

I have cancelled my healthcare and PPI after writing 2-3 letters..check you policy..in mine says(paragraph 9)...Healthcare can be cancelled and refund provided...I sent this copy to Mr S..and guess what:) he didi cancel it....
But in a first place he refuse to do so providing me different updated copy..where it says:....30 days ...etc....
Any ways...Guys, i am struggling here..i need to get the amount i have to claim.......Any sugestions? Rule 78.....
WF is so sneaky and included loan intrest and PPI and Healthcare with intrest in a same colum as intrest posting..How did you worked out your amount you are claiming?

Hmmm I've just come off the phone to them and have am taking a 2k loan out from them. Total repayments will be £3,108.12 over a 2 yr period but that's a price I have to pay for f**king up my credit at an early age.
I can afford the monthly repayments so have no excuse to fall behind on my repayments. I refused to take out any insurance though. Waste of money.0 -

Sadly my agreement does not have a Para 9 when I calculated my refund they used the loan APR based on the PPI amount which was £21500 -
Can anybody help?
I foolishly took a welcome loan for 12,000 and took out the insurance. i clamed on the insurance as i smashed my knee in. after a while the insurance started paying out but never on time. I never received any letters or warnings.
I recieved a statement and found i owed £5000.00 more than i owed even after 3 years of paying i was told this was down to interest on late payments. when i asked how much i had been charged i ws told to "work it out myself!" Not being the sharpest pencil in the box i was baffled by the gobbledegook in the t+c.can anyone tell me who could help with this problem? can i sue the w*^^*rs?
please please please help
kind regards

I'm no expert but I would have to imagine the starting point would be a Data Protection Act request to see a list of the charges added to your loan account and also the interest charges they have added.
Welcome are not easy to work with and you will need to keep on top of them to gain progress. I can tell you that from experience. Keep an accurate record of all telephone calls and letters in case you end up having to take it further.
Very Sorry to hear that you have become a Welcome Victim....0 -
I HATE WELCOME!! lol
honestly they are a load of robbing gits.
Anyway i was wondering can you do a claim against welcome like you can with the banks to get charges back etc
i finished my loan with them in Nov and still owe them £482!!?!?!?!? mostly £25.00 charges for letters, £10 charges for calls - CAN I REFUSE TO PAY THEM SAYING AS I WOULD ASSUME THEY WOULD FIND IT DIFFICULT TO A-PROVE THEY MADE THEM PHONE CALLS (off about 2 years ago) and B- PROVE I HAVE REC THE LETTERS saying as ive had NO contact with them since Nov (thats me not contacting or speaking to them - obviously they seem to be trying there upmost to get me)
ANY ONE ANY IDEAS - cheers folks0 -

Did you ever fall behind in your payments to them??? Or where they just adding charges on for the fun of it?
And in answer to your question, yep you can claim back charges from them as you would your bank account/s0
