Mortgage - DMP

HI all, I am currently coming to an end of a DMP (Debt Management Plan) arranged by CCCS (ends April this year).
Me and my partner would like to buy - we have a £20k deposit (her parents), and between us earn nearly £80k.
Do we stand any chance at all given my credit rating will be poor and that the DMp has incurred defaults?
Thanks.

Potentially, if the DMP has run well, but expect to need something like a 25% deposit.I am an Independent Financial AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as an Independent Financial Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
