Just click on what you will do to stop snacking and start moving ,Im not able to see all the rules for some reason but It does say check back every day to see that days prize and enter so I am assuming it is daily entry

Upon entering the Hovis™ application for the first time, you will be automatically entered into our Daily Prize Promotion for that day. Each day you return to let us know how you’re getting on by updating us with your progress you will be entered into the Daily Prize Promotion for that day.
