anyone had any dealings with H&T Harvey and Thompson?

Had my LBM Nov 2011 and signed up with Payplan. One of my creditors is H&T - I stupidly took out some payday cheque loans a while ago when things were bad. I included them in my DMP and they have had contact from and first payment from Payplan.
However they continualy phone me and I each time I speak to them they say it is in their small print that they will not deal with debt management companies and that I have to deal directly with them. When I told them that I had included them in my DMP and all payments had gone through Payplan they said that they never deal with debt management companies and that they would be starting legal procedings.
Any advice - I have already notified Payplan of this.

if they say they dont deal with dmc then you can assume that they dont,have you tried coming to a seperate arrangement with H&T?

they are probably saying that because they want more than their 'fair' share and think they will bully you more easily if they deal direct; wait until Payplan get back

in any event I would suggest you post on the debt free wannabe board; lots of information and support there
