Mortage advice

Hi all
Looking for any and all advice.
Current situation is that my wife and I need to move as a result of new employment and so would ideally be looking to sell the house. Also looking to rent rather than buy as we need the flexibility (possible move abroad)
However the house was bought right at the height of the property boom and now the current valuation of the house is pretty much dead on what is outstanding on the mortage.
Also have an IVA as a result of being out of work for a while but have never failed to make a mortgage payment.
One of the options is to sell for whatever we can get which, after all the fees...etc, would leave us with a shortfall - does anyone know what NRAM are likely to offer?
Any other options? Asking them to reposess....etc?
Many thanks for any help!
