Try using cooking oil instead of lemon juice if you've got any little cuts or nicks on your hands. Lemon juice stings, trust me0

Yes you can but it makes your feet hot and your toes slippery!!!0

the sugar and lemon juice is quick and easy doesnt sting actually as the sugar takes the acid out of the lemon juice and your hands and feet incidentally come up really soft and smooth
in a couple of minutes

i do rock salt and lemon juice on feet, does same sort of thing.0

The sugar and lemon juice thing is also really good if you work in a messy environment like a garage or something....My grandad worked for Fords and always swore by that method to get his hands clean when he came in from work! Mum now uses it when she finished gardening.Nickiebabe x0

After removing the lemon juice you can use the lemon skin by rubbing it all over the inside on your sink as if it was a sponge - it removes calcium deposits and tea stains, saving you the need to bleach it with bad chemical stuff!
CaterinaFinally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).0 -
The best hand creams/body moisturisers are the ones which aren't on display in chemists because they are not branded products. I have had all of these on prescription for dermatitis.eczema but they can be bought without prescription. Ask at the pharmacy counter in Boots for
Diprobase emollient 500g, Aquaeous Cream 500g or Epaderm 500g. All can be used as hand wash/body wash creams. Epaderm is a bit like Vaseline and is my least favourite. I think the dearest of these is about £10 for a huge tub.0
