Labour's "Five Point Plan For Jobs and Growth"... Am I missing something?

I just got the above leaflet dropped through my letterbox and I'm genuinely astounded at the depth of insight Labour have regarding unemployment.
The first point in their "Five Point Plan for Jobs & Growth" is genius: "100,000 jobs for young people". Yep. The first point in a five point plan for jobs and growth is... "jobs".
I don't know why they didn't just put "growth" as point 2 and leave it at that...
I'm not that clued up on politics, so am I missing something here? Do all political leaflets have to be approved by the Ministry for Stating the Bleedin' Obvious?

We live in an unrestricted democracy... meaning that "most votes win". Not "most votes by people with half a brain", unfortunately, and in the spirit of total honesty: a large percentage of the human race is made up of incredibly stupid, gullible people. These people are easy votes for any political party... "100,000 jobs? Sounds good to me!!". The right questions are never asked; "Where from, what kind of jobs, and who is paying for them?".
To be fair it's clearly not just a Labour thing: the current govt. got into power by making things up off the tops of their heads, then either not doing them, or doing the exact opposite. But people lapped up the lies in the run up to the election, and more than a few people were all too quick to say "Oh that's OK then!" when they got into power and spun the frankly ridiculous "We didn't realise how bad it was until we got into power, sarry!" line.
In other words... no, you're not missing something, but most people will miss something, and the people churning out these leaflets know that all too well.0
