Oh dear, half my order (made 3rd January) is suddenly out of stock three days later - well it was in stock when I bought it!
Refund takes up to a week too. Not happy.

Hope other people have better luck than I have

Received my order am upset that one item is way too big as I really wanted it but the other items I ordered for me and mum are great!! Only came from 4 miles down the road from me!!!

Same happened to me, I ordered on the 1st and recieved an email about a refund yesterday, first time trying to order from them and will most likely be the last!

For those interested, there's some Ann Harvey sale items on the House of Fraser website: http://www.houseoffraser.co.uk/Ann+Harvey/BRAND_ANN%20HARVEY,default,sc.html?fromBrand=Ann%20Harvey (you'll need to browse / use filters).

I've ordered a couple of items from here, which weren't on sale via the main AH website. The downside is the additional 30% code doesn't work. Upside, you can collect free if you're near a HoF store.

Yep! Me too! Half of my order went out of stock after I'd received confirmation!

Response to my complaint:
"When you placed your order the items were available but when the warehouse went to pick your items they found that the items had a stain or damage to them which meant we were unable to send these items out to you and we had no further stock to replenish your order. Therefore we have had to refund you. "
Seems like there were a lot of stained and damaged items!

Ann Harvey clothes are generous in sizing, particularly bust and bum (not great for apple shape, or people with flatter hips, pear shape would have to order different sizes tops and bottoms).

Their cs is one of the worst I've come across, might be linked to the problems the company has been experiencing. Their orders never seem to be right, often get refunds, and mistakes with delivered items.
Refunds after I returned stuff took ages and I had to chase twice.

However quality is very good, with the odd exception.
