which is better?
was having a discussion with soon to be sil about the pro's and cons of fresh and frozen veg, she thinks that frozen veg is worthless so to speak where i believe it can be better than the "fresh" stuff.
frozen veg is frozen at the time of picking (in most cases) who knows how long fresh veg has been cut unless its from your own garden...
